Rory Sweeney Promoted to Account Director at Heneghan

Heneghan is pleased to announce the promotion of Rory Sweeney to Account Director, effective 1st January 2026.

Since joining the agency in 2022 as a Senior Account Manager, Rory has played a central role in delivering strategic communications support to many of the firm's clients across sectors including corporate, financial, infrastructure and professional services.

‍

A native of County Donegal, Rory holds a Master's degree in Public Relations from Dublin Institute of Technology and a BA in History and Politics from University College Dublin. He has over eight years of experience in public relations and has previously worked with two senior Government Ministers.
